If entering more than one dog, pleases submit a separate form for each entry.

Judging starts at 9.30am. Please be at the grounds by 8.50am to collect your competitor number.

If your dog fouls in the ring the disqualification rule will apply.

Entry forms must be submitted by Tuesday 13th October
