NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
A Special General Meeting of members of Northern Suburbs Training and Obedience Dog Club is to
be held as follows
To be held at Carine Open Space Clubrooms, Beach Road Carine
On Tuesday 24 February 2026 at 7:00pm, prior to the start of the club’s AGM
Only those with a current paid up membership, club volunteers and committee members are eligible
to attend.
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The committee resolved on 13 January 2026 that a General Meeting be called regarding a Special
Resolution to amend various sections of the club’s Constitution (Rules) and Domestic Regulations.
These amendments are to bring us in line with the ATO not-for-profit reporting rules and with the
standards per the Association Act of 2015 (WA)
